Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 12 hours’ notice, or a cancellation fee of half the price of the services will be charged. The cancellation fee will be used as credit towards a future service offered by Slate within 3 months of the original appointment.
